                 Alma Lobster Shop offers Bay of Fundy's finest!

Visit us on the beach in the Village of Alma, New Brunswick, and enjoy  fresh cooked lobster that you can eat on our deck or at one of our picnic tables on the beach while watching our famous 50 foot high tides. 

Lobster is available both live and cooked along with fresh-caught scallops. The shop also has a variety of fresh seafood like hot smoked salmon, hot smoked salmon pate,  fresh and frozen vacuum sealed cooked lobster meat, mussels, shrimp, Grand Manan  dulse, sole, haddock and each day brings something new and fresh. 

On display at this same area is the enormous 90,000 gallon salt water tank used to house the crated lobsters that are waiting for market.   We take orders and  pack for travel.  

We export #1 grade, “Live Canadian Lobster” (Homarus Americanus)  to USA, Europe and Asia. Lobsters are graded according to the chart below. 

In order to maintain a high quality product we rotate our stock continually.  Our prices are  competitive and we are interested in establishing  long-term working relationships with people who want top quality Bay of Fundy Lobster. 

We  also process cooked lobster and sell in vacuum sealed packages as both fresh and frozen lobster meat.  

Local scallops are also available when in season.

noon - 5:00 p.m.

You can sit in the solarium and enjoy the beautiful view of the fishing boats sailing by bringing in their daily catches ...

The cottage is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to bring you in the entrance and spacious rooms inside for easy accessibility.
